Provides recovery and wellness services for adults 21 and over with mental health and/or substance use disorders that are enrolled in a Medicaid Managed Care Health and Recovery Plan (HARP).

Children and Family Treatment and Support Services
Over the past several years, New York State has been preparing to expand and transform children’s behavioral health services. These new mental health and substance use services, available with NYS Children’s Medicaid, give children/youth (under age 21) and their families the power to improve their health, well-being, and quality of life.

Children's Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS)
Provides services and supports certified by the New York State Office of Mental Health to families to prevent out of home placement for youth ages 0–21 years with serious emotional difficulties, developmental disabilities (if in foster care), and medical fragility.

Community Habilitation Services
Community Habilitation services are habilitation services that are provided to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities individually and with small groups.

Day Habilitation Services
Day Habilitation services are habilitative services that are provided through group activities out of the person’s home, and can assist individuals to acquire, retain or improve their self-help, socialization, and adaptive skills, such as communication, travel and adult interactions.

Employment Services
Employment Services provides supports to individuals with developmental disabilities to assist them in obtaining and maintaining paid competitive jobs.

Family Support Services
Provides recreational activities, information and referral services, and reimbursement for goods and services related to the child’s disability to families who have children with disabilities living at home.

Traumatic Brain Injury and Nursing Home Transition and Diversion Support Services
Provides structured day programming, along with supports and services both in their own home, as well as in the community, to eligible individuals who are at least 18 years old.
