Sign-on Bonus for Eligible OMH Community Residence Positions
Full time positions are now eligible for a $2,000 sign-on bonus, $500 every 3 months for one year. Part time positions are now eligible for a $1,000 sign-on bonus, $250 every 3 months for one year. New hires and rehires are eligible for this sign-on bonus. (ELIGIBLE POSITIONS: Senior Counselor/Family Support Specialist, Senior Counselor, Counselor, Recreation Specialist)
Sign-on Bonus for Youth Service Provider Positions
These Youth Service Provider positions are eligible for a sign-on bonus based on number of hours worked and will be disbursed over the course of 1 year, 50% after the first 6 months and the remaining 50% 6 months later. New hires and rehires are eligible for this sign-on bonus.

Sign-on Bonus for Clinical Therapist Positions (Children & Family Treatment & Support Services Program)
Full time Clinical Therapist positions in the Children & Family Treatment & Support Services Program are now eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus, $5,000 every 6 months for one year. Part time positions are now eligible for a $5,000 sign-on bonus, $2,500 every 6 months for one year. New hires and rehires are eligible for this sign-on bonus.
Bonus Opportunities for Peer Specialist and Social Skills Counselor Positions (Adult Behavioral Services)

Become a Peer Specialist or Social Skills Counselor in the Adult Behavioral Services program and work flexible hours, receive excellent support, the tools that you need to do the job, and competitive pay, including sign-on bonuses, longevity bonuses, utilization bonuses, as well as peer certification bonuses.
Receive a $1,500 Sign-on Bonus, disbursed after 3 months of carrying cases.
Receive a $500 Peer Certification bonus, disbursed after 3 months of carrying cases.
Receive a $1,000 Retention Bonus, disbursed after 6 months of casework.
Sign-on Bonus for Teacher, Support Teacher, and Teacher Aide Positions
Enjoy a rewarding career working with our littlest community members! Full time or part time positions (no evenings or weekends) are available at the Erwin Child & Family Center, complete with excellent benefits and paid time off. Full time Teacher, Support Teacher, and Teacher Aide positions are now eligible for a $400 sign-on bonus, $200 after 3 months with another $200 after 6 months. Part time Support Teacher and Teacher Aide positions are now eligible for a $200 sign-on bonus, $100 after 3 months with another $100 after 6 months. New hires and rehires are eligible for this sign-on bonus, however, transfers are not.
After being employed at Pathways, Inc. for one year and worked an average of 20 hours per week, you may be eligible for Tuition Reimbursement.
