Pathways, Inc. is committed to establishing and observing high standards and ethical conduct in its business and operational practices. Our Compliance Practices are applied agency wide and will focus on the detection and prevention of fraud, waste and abuse and of violations of federal, state and local laws. The Compliance Program shall foster an environment in which employees and affiliated professionals comply with all relevant laws and regulations, and report any concerns about business practices as set forth by the Agency.

A confidential hot line has been established to allow all affected by Pathways, Inc. to voice any compliance related concerns regarding Pathways and the services provided. Calls to this number go directly to a secure voice mailbox retrievable only by the Compliance Officer.
