The Therapeutic Foster Care (TFC) program uses a team approach to foster care to achieve permanency for youth in care. TFC provides support of family reunification, or concurrent planning for adoption or alternative planned living arrangements.

Become a Foster Parent! There are children in your own community that need your support and loving home. The Pathways, Inc. Therapeutic Foster Care program provides extensive foster parent training, weekly in-home support, a 24/7 helpline, and monthly financial support. There is no fee to apply and the training is free. Help make a difference in a child's life by becoming a foster parent.
