How long have you worked here and what is your current role?
I have worked for Pathways, Inc. for thirteen years. I am the Residence Manager at First Street Community Residence.

What do you like most about your job?
I like working at the residence with all the individuals, being in a leadership role, and training staff as they move up in leadership roles. I also enjoy the teamwork aspect of my job.

What kinds of resources/benefits have you taken advantage of while at Pathways?
I take advantage of Pathways, Inc. benefit plans for medical, dental, and vision insurance and appreciate the generous amount of vacation time that I receive. I also contribute to the 401K plan.

How have you grown professionally while working here?
I started as a Relief Residence Counselor, moved up to Supervisor, and just last July accepted the Residence Manager position at First Street. I have enjoyed all of the trainings that have been provided to help with my professional and leadership skills.

What’s the most rewarding aspect about working at Pathways?
I enjoy working day to day with the individuals, advocating for them to the best of my ability, so they live happy and meaningful lives.

I have worked for Pathways, Inc. for three years. I am the Medical Assistant at First Street Community Residence.

What do you like most about your job?
The residents we help every day, here at First Street.

What kinds of resources/benefits have you taken advantage of while at Pathways?
The benefits I take advantage of through Pathways are the health, dental, and vision insurance. I also contribute to our 401K and access our Flex Spending Account plan.

How have you grown professionally while working here?
When I started at Pathways, I worked in the ICF as a 3rd shift Residence Counselor and then took a position as a medical assistant at First Street CR with plans for future growth.

What’s the most rewarding aspect about working at Pathways?
I enjoy coming to work every day with a great team, who encourage me to learn and grow.

I have worked for Pathways, Inc. for two years. I am a Residence Counselor at First Street Community Residence.

What do you like most about your job?
I like being in the Healthcare field, because of the stability.

What kinds of resources/benefits have you taken advantage of while at Pathways?
I take advantage of Pathways, Inc. healthcare package that includes medical, dental, and vision. I am also looking into the 401K plan.

How have you grown professionally while working here?
I have learned a great deal about medications. Organization has been another skill that I have learned which helps me in keeping track of documents. Lastly, working within a diverse work environment.

What’s the most rewarding aspect about working at Pathways?
I enjoy helping individuals become as independent as they possibly can be. It has been a great experience working in the Healthcare field.

How long have you worked here and what is your current role?
I have worked at Conable House in total for eight years.

What do you like most about your job?
I enjoy helping the youth and families in our program. Each youth and family have their own needs, strengths, and challenges. I like being able to positively impact the youth and families we serve to help the youth reintegrate successfully back into their home life and community.

What kinds of resources/benefits have you taken advantage of while at Pathways?
My family and I take advantage of Pathways, Inc. benefit plans for dental vision and health insurance. I also contribute to the 401K plan.

How have you grown professionally while working here?
Working at Conable House has allowed me to expand on my skill set in the social work field. I have moved through a variety of positions during my time at Conable House, which has allowed me to grow and strengthen my skills and has provided me with professional challenges I have enjoyed. 

What’s the most rewarding aspect about working at Pathways?
I enjoy the real impact that we have the ability to make for youth and families in a tangible way. At Conable House, we meet youth and families during times of challenge and assist them in meeting those challenges in a way that works for the youth and the family. The reward is helping the youth and families make real change that has a positive impact in their daily lives and seeing that transformation happen.
