Pathways, Inc. Announces New Touch-A-Truck Fundraiser for Childcare Programs
July 6, 2018—Pathways, Inc., in partnership with T&R Towing and Service Centers, is pleased to announce a new fundraising event to benefit the Agency’s childcare programs, Kids’ Adventure Club and the Erwin Child & Family Center. On Saturday, August 11, 2018, from 10:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. the community is invited to attend Touch-A-Truck held at Hodgman Park, 147 W. Water Street, Painted Post, New York.
The cost of admission is $5 per person or $20 per family. Tickets will be available at the gate the day of the event (cash only). Guests can expect to spend the afternoon getting up close to more than 30 vehicles like big construction trucks, fire engines, tractors, police cars, and even a monster truck.
A variety of food trucks will offer lunch and snack items, and the Kids’ Adventure Club will provide free face painting and crafts. T&R Towing and Service Centers will use their 60-ton rotator to lift a vehicle off the ground during the event.
All Touch-A-Truck proceeds will support summer activities and programming, in addition to the purchase of new buggies, outdoor equipment, and picnic tables.
