Nature of Work:
The Lead Children’s Care Manager is responsible for clinical and programmatic direction of Children’s Care Manager(s), ensuring that all Pathways, NYS DOH, Federal OMIG, and any other oversight entities’ guidelines and regulations are adhered to. The Lead Children’s Care Manager is responsible for the provision of care management services to children enrolled in the Regional Health Homes in accordance with well-established protocols for the delivery of care management services.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related Human Service field required. Master’s degree preferred
- A candidate with their Bachelor’s degree needs a minimum of two (2) years of experience in providing services to children and individuals with Mental Health difficulties and/or Developmental Disabilities. A candidate with their Master’s degree needs a minimum of one (1) years of experience in providing services to children and individuals with Mental Health difficulties. Two (2) years supervisory experience also preferred.
- A valid driver’s license with driving record that meets insurability guidelines to operate agency-owned vehicles.
- Must clear the State Central Registry Clearance, Staff Exclusion List Clearance and DOH Criminal History Review for criminal convictions.
