The Senior YSP provider provides community-based rehabilitative services to children and families who may have difficulty engaging in formal office settings, but can benefit from home and/or community based rehabilitative services. CFTSS allows for delivery of services within a variety of permissible settings including, but not limited to, community locations where the child/youth lives, works, attends school, engages in services, and/or socializes.
• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or in related human services field with one-year experience in children’s mental health, addiction, and/or foster care.
• Must possess a valid/clear driver’s license and dependable vehicle.
• Must clear the State Central Registry Clearance, Staff Exclusion List Clearance and OMH Criminal History Review for criminal convictions.
