We are seeking an experienced mental health professional to work with families in their homes to provide intensive case management, family education, and support and crisis intervention for at-risk youth.

Nature of Work:
The Youth WRAP Around Alternative initiative is part of Steuben County’s efforts to provide a community-based, family focused, comprehensive WRAP around delivery of services to its high-risk eligible youth population and their families. This position involves working with program staff, parents, youth and family members, and with numerous Steuben County Departments on a continuous basis. The WRAP Program At-Risk Counselor is responsible for providing intensive case management, family education and support and crisis intervention within the family’s homes, and collaborative services for approximately ten at risk youths and their families.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Human Services and working experience in treating youth with intense emotional/behavioral difficulties and their families.
- Maintain a valid Driver’s License and driving record that meets Pathways, Inc. insurability guidelines to operate agency owned vehicles.
- Must meet the requirements of the Mental Health Regulations regarding a State Central Register Clearance regarding history of abuse/maltreatment of children and attestation of Criminal History for criminal convictions.
