Waiver Services
Pathways, Inc. provides home and community based supports to individuals who have a developmental disability. Services are designed to provide an alternative to traditional programs by providing supports in a person’s home and in/around their community. Supports and services are based on the individual’s desires and needs and may include:
• Support in daily living skills within the home and community
• Daily activity programs
• Environmental modifications, including special equipment needs
• Relief to primary care givers
