REACH Family-Based Treatment Program
The REACH Family-Based Treatment Program is a community-based, family-centered treatment program licensed by the New York State Office of Mental Health. It serves youth ages 5-18 years with serious emotional, social and behavioral problems who are assessed to benefit from out-of-home placement. Professional Parents provide surrogate foster care after completing intensive training. Family specialists support and supervise Professional Parents. This service is available in Steuben, Chemung, Schuyler and Yates Counties.
