REACH Family-Based Treatment Program

The REACH Family-Based Treatment Program is a community-based, family-centered treatment program licensed by the New York State Office of Mental Health. It serves youth ages 5-18 years with serious emotional, social and behavioral problems who are assessed to benefit from out-of-home placement. Professional Parents provide surrogate foster care after completing intensive training. Family specialists support and supervise Professional Parents. This service is available in Steuben, Chemung, Schuyler and Yates Counties. For more information, please contact our Program Director at (607) 937-3275.
